Tradefix Direct is a supplier of specialist fixings and fastenings products in the UK.
Having outgrown their existing website, they required a complex ecommerce platform that could scale with their business while offering a clean, straightforward design and an effortless user experience.
Advanced filters
With 10,000+ product listings split across a range of categories, one of the largest priorities was ensuring that finding specific products would be quick and easy. We built an intuitive product filter search to this end, applying custom filters for sub-category, application, and much more .
CRM integration
Integrating with Tradefix Direct’s existing stock management system Orderwise, the completed website is able to process largescale orders and match with real-time inventory and stock levels across their warehouses.
Fluid checkout
Another priority was a smooth checkout process and responsive shopping cart that users could easily edit on the move. This includes automated discounts for bulk orders that update in real time, providing users with a clear, hassle-free shopping experience.
